I’m particularly interested in employee experience, organisational culture, wellbeing and manager capability. She enjoys taking research, data and complex people challenges and turning them into practical solutions that make a meaningful difference.

Holly Leckenby-Rye

Holly is a People Lead @ Lottie.

Empathetic, organised and dependable People professional with almost 7 years of experience in People generalist roles at an operational and strategic level.

She has experience across the entire employee lifecycle and a particular interest in employee experience, mental health and wellbeing. She has a huge passion for people, both inside and outside of work and she enjoys creating the best environment for people to do their best work.
